As we attune the mind, breath, and body to the gifts and challenges of a new year, beWell Arts invites you to pause, listen deeply, and simply be.
ATTUNE is a curated experience where gentle, breath-synced movement flows into a meditative sound bath to create a spacious and sensory passage to the new year. Hosted within the artistic intimacy of The Arcadian Gallery, guests are encouraged to arrive with a sense of curiosity and willingness to release and receive in an experience that is designed to nurture the mind, body and spirit with thoughtful, quiet intention.
Following the guided experience, guests are invited to enjoy quiet reflection and conversation with each other, along with light refreshments presented by the Arcadian kitchen. An optional cash bar will be available with Spanish cava and select wines. Information about 2026 beWellness Arts events and the B.I.O. beWell Spa will also be available.
